Step into the role of our Marketing Intern, where you play a pivotal role in the growth of our agency. You will create a marketing campaign for one of our insurance products and develop multifaceted initiatives that target our audience exclusively through digital channels. Your efforts will directly contribute to strengthening our agency brand and will have a measurable impact on our organization.

 

Compensation: $15-$17 /HR

 

Duties and Responsibilities: This position beings June 3rd and ends July 26th.

  • Collaborate with Digital media team in developing and implementing SEO strategies and make recommendations for channel optimizations and lead generation tactics to grow influence.
  • Work within tools like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Ad Words, Meta Business Manager
  • Using social media to gain more community engagement and visibility for our office.
  • Develop a marketing plan for an insurance product to new and existing clients.
  • Projects include marketing and communications for campaigns, print ads, digital ads, brochures, newsletters, etc.
  • Dive deeply into the customers communication journey: from learning what it takes to nurture a lead, onboard new policyholders, and provide value to retain the policyholder for years to come.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited academic institution with an emphasis in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Junior or senior standing preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outline, Teams, Excel)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, X (formally Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, etc…) and their content management tools.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in the office during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
