The Role:
We’re seeking a detail-loving, hands-on Creative Assistant to help us create custom, meaningful moments for our customers using tools like the Xtool laser engraver and Script machine. You’ll craft welcome kits, branded packaging, and other personalized experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Must-Haves:

• Willingness to learn Xtool laser engraver and Script machine (training provided).
• Eye for detail — spotting 1–2mm misalignments and ensuring a clean finish.
• Ability to manage your time and tasks independently.
• Physical ability to stand during production and lift up to 15 lbs.
• A warm, thoughtful approach to customer experience.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, Silhouette Studio, or similar.
• Crafting or laser engraving background.
• Portfolio of creative work (optional, but encouraged).
